Pilates

A mind and body exercise program with focus on core strengthening, flexibility, proper breathing, posture and body alignment. This controlled movement exercise will create a leaner, more toned body and helps to lessen back pain.

Senior Yoga Stretch

A great mix of both chair and floor exercises for our seniors who need a safe and secure way to experiance the benefits of Yoga and Pilates. This program will help to increase flexibility, and strength with easy stretching and toning exercises! 


Zumba

Latin Aerobics! If you love to dance, but hate to exercise, this is the class for you!
Great music, great moves and a lot of fun!

Zumba Gold

Same great music as regular Zumba, but with less intensity. Perfect for beginners, seniors and people who want a milder version of the original.

Silver Sneakers

A fun and energizing whole body workout to increase muscular strength and range of movement. This interval workout combines easy cardio and strength exercises to help you stay active and Independent!

30 Minute Killer Abs & Buns

The name says it all, 30 minutes of intense exercises to firm up and tone up by targeting muscles groups for a lean and tight bod!

Cardio Boot Camp

Take your work out to a whole new level! If you feel you have reached a plateau or just want to push yourself, this is the class for you!
